Often your first impression of a business is from the moment you pick up their brochure. Immediately you’re formulating – all be it subconsciously – your expectations of that business.
A beautiful and well designed brochure says so much about you and your business. The weight, the matt laminate, even the smell.
Websites work in a similar fashion, by being clear, clean and professionally designed and built.
But of course the one thing the online experience can never deliver is that tactile moment of feel.
